Common questions
How do I connect Apple Health?
Open ARC → Settings → Integrations → Apple Health and follow the prompts. Apple Health is the main way ARC sees your workouts and recovery signals — any wearable that writes to it (Apple Watch, Garmin, COROS, Oura, Whoop, Fitbit) flows in automatically. You can manage permissions any time in iPhone Settings → Health → Apps → ARC.
Can I connect Strava too?
Yes — ARC supports Strava as an additional sync option (subject to availability). Open ARC → Settings → Integrations → Strava to connect. If you don't see Strava working, your Garmin or COROS app can also export workouts to Apple Health directly, which is the recommended path.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → ARC → Cancel. Your Premium access remains until the end of your current billing period.
How do I export or delete my data?
To export, email privacy@chariventures.com and we'll send a copy of your data within 30 days. To delete your account, open ARC → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent.
I think I found a bug.
Please email feedback@chariventures.com with: what you were doing, what happened, what you expected, your iPhone model, and iOS version. Screenshots help a lot.
What devices does ARC support?
iPhone running iOS 17 or later. An Apple Watch isn't required — ARC works with just your iPhone, and can send structured workouts to your Apple Watch's built-in Workouts app. Data from your Apple Watch and other wearables flows in through Apple Health.
Is ARC medical advice?
No. ARC provides general fitness guidance, not medical advice. See our Health & Fitness Disclaimer for details. Consult a qualified clinician for any medical concerns.
